Hasbro selfie series

‘PHYGITAL’ product

I led the R&D and production of the revolutionary mass personalization platform that allows fans to create their own collector-grade action figure from their favourite universe such as Marvel and Star Wars. Launched at 2022 Comic Con San Diego and returned in 2023 to showcase new features,

The product gained widespread media coverage from Forbes, CBS News, The Verge, Wheel of Fortune, Pop Insider, and was recognized as one of the best inventions of 2023 by Time Magazine.

In collaboration with eOne Music, we developed eOne’s first ever signed virtual artist we named, Luna.

The goal was to leverage AI to inform the creative direction, ​narrative development influenced by real-time events, and support fan interactions across digital and social touch points.​ I played a key role in the creative development of the character, working closely with the music artists to create a unique character that resonates with the GenZ target audience.

location based entertainment

Incubated through my eOne Innovation Lab, this location-based projected narrative experience invites visitors on an interactive dreamlike journey, inspired by Lewis Carroll's Wonderland. Along with overseeing the production, I produced the application towards the Epic Games’ MegaGrant which we were awarded based on the novel use of the motion graphics and game engine, Unreal. The project launched in 2022 at the immersive attraction centre, Illuminarium, Atlanta, and set the pipeline for future LBE projects.

VUSR

Vusr is a B2B SaaS suite managing, monetizing, and distributing VR content. It offers white-label VR apps for publishers, including renowned clients like The New York Times and National Geographic. Additionally, Vusr also provides tools for location-based VR entertainment operators, for streamlined management of content and guest experience at arcades and installations. Vusr received prestigious accolades such as the 2020 Canadian Screen Awards' Outstanding Media Innovation Award and the 2018 AIS Lumiere Awards for Technical Innovation.

real-time interactive web documentary and 3d modelling

The world's first real-time dinosaur discovery is unveiled through an interactive website, offering Canadians an engaging cross-platform experience. From the initial fossil discovery in Alberta to scientific study and restoration via live-streaming from the ROM's Dino Lab, users witness the dinosaur's complete journey. The responsive site also features 'Ask an Expert' for one-on-one access to palaeontologists, 3D models in the Dino Index, and an opportunity for Canadians to participate in naming the dinosaur through an online contest. The project won a Canadian Screen Award.

Lawren Harris – Where the Universe Sings AR

AR App and responsive website

The project was a 2017 SXSW Interactive Innovation Awards Finalist. Lawren Harris: Where the Universe Sings AR offers an immersive exploration of the influential Canadian artist's life and work. Using Augmented Reality, the app peels back layers of Lawren Harris's iconic paintings, providing insights into the places and processes that shaped his masterpieces. Co-founder of the Group of Seven, Harris's love for the Canadian landscape is revealed through AR experiences triggered by the app. Users can frame any supported painting to bring the artwork to life while listening to rare archival audio recordings.

grojband: THE Show MUST GO On!

Grojband – The Show Must Go On! is a transmedia game competition that allows kids to show off their creativity and express their love for the show Grojband by creating animated “Wicked Cool Transitions” like the ones on the show – with the chance for their transitions to be shown on-air during the series’ broadcast.

The project won a Canadian Screen Award, an Atomic Award, FITC and Digi Award nominations.

d-day to victory

interactive web documentary

DDay to Victory Interactive is an award-winning online documentary experience, reenacting the final WWII assault on Nazi-occupied Europe. It showcases veteran interviews, traces the Allied journey from D-Day to the siege of Berlin, and employs 3D animation for real weaponry demos. The innovative graphical map interface offers a narrative walkthrough, allowing users to virtually commemorate and share veterans' stories. The project received accolades, including a Canadian Screen Award.
